Missing Pins

I received my order which was for 30 pins but only received 24. I sent the company an email, and tried to contact them via phone, but was unable to leave a voice message. I still have not heard back from the company regarding my order and follow-up email which I posted a couple of weeks ago. I realize missing 6 pins is not a lot, but it would be nice to hear back in some way.
